I had a 0930 appointment. I was told truck was going to be ready by either end of that day or morning of the next day. I came back in the morning and didn’t tender my truck until late afternoon. Very upsetting to be that far off the estimated time. I can understand it being ready at like noon but late afternoon is unacceptable. Had work done on the windshield washer mechanism and came to Gordon with the washer fluid full. When I drove it away dash said washer fluid low. They emptied it which I understand but failed to refill... read more
Everything was done that needed to be done. A truck wash was included to ride off better than before.
Everything went great.Joey was very professional.They was going to have my truck all day and the shuttle service was awesome and much appreciated. The shuttle driver was awesome.
