The service advisors were really nice. Worked with Vincent caravello. Although I am from out of state. He ensured I had a rental car to make it back home and the mechanics finally were able to figure out the freak electrical problem with my car and got it fixed. Glad car was under warranty and I didnt pay a dime
Went to get a recall done with an appointment made a week prior, sat there for 2 hours with no word from them so i went and asked if car was ready as they said it would take 1 1/2 hours to fix only to find out they didn't have the parts needed and was told it would be atleast 3 hours for them to get part from another dealership in town. I was told I could wait or come back later.
