New car purchase
I always receive excellent service at the Nimnicht service department. Matt and JoAnne got me in quick, got my scheduled service completed quickly and took care of an AC issue I had all while I waited. Food at this dealership is excellent, the main reason I go ahead and wait for my vehicle.
Chevrolet is great, I have purchased a few vehicles with Craig Powell this location and I have always had top tier service from the Service Center while there!!!
I recently brought my 2021 Chevy Equinox to your dealership for a diagnostic service. I paid the $200 diagnostic fee because my vehicle was experiencing acceleration issues and would occasionally shut off. I wanted to identify the underlying cause and ensure it was properly addressed. After your technicians completed their inspection, I was informed that the O2 sensors, brakes, engine air filter, and cabin air filter needed to be replaced. A bit disorganized with check-in. We were approached by two different people before the correct person presented themselves. Waited for 2.5 hours for a shuttle when dropping my vehicle off for routine service. When shuttle was available, service was completed, but dealership did sell me new tires and only then gave me shuttle service. Was informed that a requested repair would require 24-48 hours hold of the vehicle and this information was NOT provided at the time appointment was made.
