A bit disorganized with check-in. We were approached by two different people before the correct person presented themselves. Waited for 2.5 hours for a shuttle when dropping my vehicle off for routine service. When shuttle was available, service was completed, but dealership did sell me new tires and only then gave me shuttle service. Was informed that a requested repair would require 24-48 hours hold of the vehicle and this information was NOT provided at the time appointment was made.
