Vanessa was amazing! Chevy Grapevine knows how to treat a customer. Was updated throughout the process daily by Vanessa everyone greeted us with a smile. Would take my car there again!
Car was repaired quickly once it was actually seen by a transmission tech. Service rep was friendly and professional. Communication was great. Only drawback was the time until the car was actually seen by a transmission tech. Car sat there for 2 weeks until a transmission tech saw it.
Very poor communication; calls go to voicemail and are not returned; poor at providing updates, estimates or completion. So disappointed after buying two cars from them over the past 10 years. The service department just seems like its a mess.
