Set up a repair for a GM Bulletin that was issued on my 2023 Chevy Colorado while I was going to be out of the country. Dropped my off truck on January 2nd and needed it finished by January 19th. It was not ready on the 19th when I returned. When I did get it back there appears to be some stains (possibly glue) on my passenger seat and the passenger side of the center console. (My PDR STOPPED WORKING), and I took my Corvette in for service, to have it checked out. Also my oil change was due, so I had it changed as well. When I went to pick the vehicle up 6 or 7 days later, it look like they took it 4-wheeling or something. Filthy is what I got. They said we had bad weather while it was there. OK. Wash it... it didn't look like that when I dropped it off. They have a make ready Department and a car wash but failed to wash my $100,000 vehicle after the service and the inclement weather. After dropping my truck off for repair. The next morning Oscar had me a quote for everything we talked about. Plus one other item they found that needed attention. Truck was done on time and price was what I was quoted.
