Took my 2020 Chevy Silverado Trailboss in to Buyers Grove City Ohio on 12/10/25 because I had an oil leak just a couple days after I had it in for routine oil change and tire rotation. After they informed me that they needed to clean the oil off the underside and add dye to my oil so they could identify where it was leaking I was told to drive a couple days and they would schedule me to come back in to recheck ($125.00 cost) for me. Routine service went well. Oil change and tire rotation. When I checked in I explained that my vehicle was slow to start and to fi d out what it was. When they said my vehicle was ready I asked about the starting issue. They told me the battery was fine....which I knew. The lady then said they would have to do a diagnostic. I told her I thought that was what they were doing. She said your brakes will need replacing soon and quoted a price for that. She ignored what I was asking.
