The 5 minutes of awkwardness when you walk in and people see you and walk by you but the employees don’t even acknowledge you exist was pretty awful. I asked for them to look at my antenna as the service manager (can’t remember his name) told me I could have it looked at anytime. They didn’t look at it and I asked the kid who was handling my service and he knew nothing about it like I made things up. It sucked, the service sucked, the communication sucked… got roped into buying a vehicle with $5,000 worth of hidden problems from them that they do not want to acknowledge or correct… expressed my concerns when I was buying the car and was reassured everything is good… truth is they had no clue they were just selling a vehicle that they weren’t sure of… they’re the worst…
