My experience with the service department was great. In and out in less than a hour. They replaced a faulty wiper switch. Thank you service department
Dealership is fantastic, dealing with corporate not so great on a back ordered item. But found to be true, the squeaky wheel gets the oil. Dealt with the service department, and they were on my side, but I understand it was beyond what they could do. I got tired of waiting and I looked up the office of the president, sent them an email, that’s when things finally began to get done. It’s a shame you have to do that, but it’s just not Chevy. I’ve found the louder (as in persistent) you are, the quicker you’ll be taken of.
