Terrible customer service. I came in for warranty repair using an aftermarket warranty. Instead of giving me, the customer, the choice on how to repair the vehicle, the service writer made a nice little deal with the warranty company ( at twice the cost to me) to just replace the whole engine unnecessarily. When I finally got them to agree to just fix what was wrong and got the car back 2 days later the car broke down because the technician didnt tighten two bolts down and the vvt solenoid came out spewing oil all over. Friendly staff easy to schedule and quick turn around time. Overall a good experience, issue was fixed and would likely return.
