Dealership is fantastic, dealing with corporate not so great on a back ordered item. But found to be true, the squeaky wheel gets the oil. Dealt with the service department, and they were on my side, but I understand it was beyond what they could do. I got tired of waiting and I looked up the office of the president, sent them an email, that’s when things finally began to get done. It’s a shame you have to do that, but it’s just not Chevy. I’ve found the louder (as in persistent) you are, the quicker you’ll be taken of.

Very much not impressed. Never actually had my vehicle serviced. Either the online schedule isn’t accurate or when you get there they have no tech. Takes forever to have anyone pick up the phone you are immediately kicked to an automated phone system. Over an hr of calling to be told they have no record of my appointment and only have one tech. Really hard to stick to the recommended service schedule when you can’t even get an appointment. Definitely won’t be attempting service at this location again. Sucks that this is the ... read more

I’m giving you one star, but if I could give you zero stars I would. This poor review I’m sharing with you is because of the complete lack of customer service and the very poor workmanship of the repair that I wanted done. This is in addition to the lack of respect from everyone involved with this transaction. I left my 2004 GMC truck overnight to have two repairs completed.
