Lubrication and check up!
The people are friendly here but the install of my rear wheel liners leave much to be desired. There are spots where the liner isn't secured to the truck properly. I mentioned this to them at the dealer and they didn't correct it. I guess next time I'll make sure everything I need gets done at the factory. Lesson learned. Get it done factory or do it yourself.
I recently visited your dealership for routine maintenance on my 2025 Chevy Traverse. My Service Advisor, Jennifer, greeted me with a smile and checked in my vehicle. I chose to wait in the Customer Waiting area while the service was performed. She kept me informed on the process and once completed, she went over the service details and gave me a print out for my records. The entire visit was pleasant and I was treated in a very professional manner. Thank you!
