I take my truck for all service at IGBurton Berlin. I drive a lot of miles and they keep me on the road. Great value. Friendly people. Jen and Scott and everyone are great to work with. Highly recommend them!
Excellent customer service and attention to my needs.
Personnel was experienced and friendly. Issue with a NEW less than 300 miles was concerning. Didn’t GM research the issue with the OnStar mod. It’s all over the web. One more issue with my 2026 Traverse and I’m filing under Lemon Law. No a happy customer.what other issues are GM aware of that customer is not ?……
We were unaware of the lunch schedule when making our appointment. This negatively effected our appointment length.
