I CLEARLY mentioned to not rotate my tires when i did a oil change service on my 2020 chevy impala. And of course, my tires were rotated. I get my rotation done elsewhere so this screws everything up and it’s simply a waste of my time. Unfortunately, there is always something wrong that happens in this dealership.
