This wasn’t the best customer experience I’ve had at Premier. I dropped my vehicle off around 8:15 and spoke with the service rep about what was wrong with the vehicle. None of the issues were addressed. I understand they were waiting on parts for one of the repairs but the other repair was not addressed. I was not notified at all. I called them around 4:00 to find out the status. They proposed that I leave the vehicle with them 3-4 days until the part arrives. I said no and retrieved my vehicle. The good: Dropping off the car was quick and efficient. Our service advisor, Don Olsen was great. I explained the problem with the car, he explained the process. Don indicated that the minimum turnaround time for EV repairs was likely 48 hours as there was only one EV technician and a sizeable list of cars needing service ahead of ours.
