Brought my 1st gen Acadia in for flash programming of a *refurbished tcm* with its *programming wiped.* This was repeatedly specified and they were clueless in the process to install the new programming for my vehicles specifics. The mechanics would not talk to me directly, and they actually disabled my trunk from opening and didn’t tell me. Quick work and friendly staff
I came into Labrum Chevrolet just to ask to see if it would be possible to have my brakes looked at on my 2017 Chevy Malibu. I wasn’t expecting to have the repair done that same day. I spoke to Scott Sandlin and he was able to have his technicians. Assess the problem and have the brakes and rotors repaired the same day. Talk about going above and beyond!
