Brought my 1st gen Acadia in for flash programming of a *refurbished tcm* with its *programming wiped.* This was repeatedly specified and they were clueless in the process to install the new programming for my vehicles specifics. The mechanics would not talk to me directly, and they actually disabled my trunk from opening and didn’t tell me.
