Had a great experience at Hare Chevrolet from setting up the appointment, their keeping me posted while my vehicle was in being serviced, and when everything was complete. I also was very impressed with the check out process in the Parts Dept. Overall, it was an exceptional experience. Thank you for putting Customer Service FIRST!!
Once again Travis had them track down issues and stayed with it. Kept me informed what was going on and what would necessary to repair. Seemed involved with issues until a resolve was found. A+ again for Travis and his great attention to my vehicle and me personally.
Nick is always professional and courteous. He is friendly to us. He explained what needed to be done and gave us a timeline of how long it would take. We have bought multiple vehicles from Hare and always go to them for service.
