I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Website scheduling wasn’t available so I called in my appointment. The service was done quickly and included a car wash.
Great Service! I have been getting my truck serviced at Ganley in Aurora since 2017 and have always had great service. I feel like I matter and they treat me like family. Dan in the service department is an asset to this dealership. I have been so pleased that I decided several years ago that when it was time to buy another vehicle, I wouldn't look anywhere else. I recently purchased my new truck 10/31/25 and couldn't be any more pleased.
I had the following services: tire rotation; oil change and car wash.
The dealership is always very well organized and people inside are helpful. Never had an issue with the service. One time we had an issue with the parking break of our Bolt EV 2023 and the software fix was applied on the spot and we were able to go on. Very happy about it. Will use it for my other brand cars too if possible.
