Everyone was super friendly and helpful. My service took less than expected, and when I walked out, my truck was freshly washed! I am 56 years old and remember great customer service, and both of my visits to the Mike Anderson Service Department reminded me of the fantastic customer service we used to get back in the 1970's and 1980's.

Worst ever just got my car and in one month was damaged no one will answer to see what options I have but horrible to respond back. Spoke to suppostly sales manager Sergio never returns the call back. My sales person also Jorge please if you need a car do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
I have had Mica before. I had a bad experience, and this time, I decided to try again. She knew I was planning to come pay for tires and go back to work. When the tires came in, I would get my oil change. She suggested I stay, and by the time my oil change was completed, the tires would be there. I went to get my computer and completed my work day.
