Communication was excellent, somehow they located a radio module that was not showing availability throughout the country and on back order. They had my truck back to normal in a week.

Brought my car in for service at Quirk Chevy Braintree and everything went super smooth. The staff was helpful and got things done quicker than I expected. Everyone was friendly and professional, and they kept me updated the whole time. No complaints at all — really solid experience. Definitely recommend checking them out if you need work done on your car.
Told me to come in to have my remote starter installed so I called off work, waited in the lobby for about an hour, and then was told that their contacts at GM were not there that day and I had to leave. During this time, multiple items went missing from my truck, will not be back. Ever.
