As dealership to buy a car they are very good but for service department well it has been couple times that they don’t do their job properly. I have always had A1 service at Quirk. I’ve had all my service done at Quirk since buying my truck in 21. This time my need was urgent. Ready to go on another trip pulling my trailer and having starting issues. They got me right in and quick diagnostic showed ground wire issues. Replaced parts and we made our trip 1200 miles round trip. Starter issues solved! A huge relief.
Repairs were done quickly, professionally, and with care. Communications were great.
