the service rep was rude and sarcastic, I asked for the idle to get raised a little while they changed my oil and he put it in for a complete inspection costing me $110 I didn't have and my oil change appointment took two and a half hours.... This is my third trip into ORR and every time it has been more of the same, Don't go here if your time is limited because they will waste it, don't go here if you expect quality because their people are unable to deliver it.
