Had a challenging experience. Needed to get a new key for a 2024 traverse made. Was quoted $300 and my appointment was set at 9:30a. Called parts to make sure it was in stock. Showed up with my two kids for my appointment, toddler and an infant in tow. At 10:30a my car was still in the parking lot. When I asked for an update, it was told software was running slow.
