Purchasing from Malloy Chevrolet was an absolute pleasure. The salesman Yuri went far above then what was expected to make a purchase possible. Yuri alone was a great reason to buy but it did stop there. The manager was absolutely amazing! The entire staff was great and kind. Five out of the five, best car purchase experience ever!
I don’t write reviews often but felt like I wanted to write one for Terry, and everyone who was helping me today. I truly appreciate all of the help in this process. Terry is a nice guy and seems like a great person. Turbo who ran financial options was so pleasant and the young man who helped me with my trade in was phenomenal in helping get my trade in to the lot/ teach me about the electronics in the car. Worked with J’Vaughn and walked away with a 2024 Chevrolet Blazer EV. J’Vaughn was personable, knowledgeable, and added the right amount of humor into the selling process. The General Manager stepped in as well and worked with us to get the right rate, and we ended up finishing the day with Cassie over in finance. It was quite the long process, but this team made it easier! Highly recommend this dealership and working with J’Vaughn!
If I could give this place negative stars, I would!!! We needed a 9 passenger Suburban, and they were the closest that had one. Despite all of the other major issues we have had, they sold us a bunch of "Chevrolet" warranties that could be used at any dealership! Guess what, not the case!!! We live 3 hours away! STAY AWAY from this place and Chevrolet!!!
