I found a coupon online for an oil change and tire rotation for $69.99. When I checked out, it was $100. There was some added on stuff that was not advertised on the coupon. I think if you're going to charge $30 extra, it should be advertised. It's called false advertising. I will not be coming back.

Terrible. I brought my 2019 Chevy Colorado in because my right headlight was dim. After several hours, Kevin Lusk sent me a video inspection of my vehicle. Instead of a video of my blue Colorado, I got a video of a red GMC. I texted back and he said the tech sent him the wrong video. The correct video was never sent. A few hours later, I was told there was a short in the headlight housing and it would have to be replaced, I was quoted the price of $1300. I am very disappointed with the service department at Malloy Chevrolet. We brought my wife’s Chevy Traverse in because the mileage display on the instrument cluster had stopped working. We explained that we believed this issue was related to a previous transmission recall repair that had been performed by the dealership a couple of years ago.
