My experience at Malloy Chevrolet Service was extremely disappointing. My vehicle was in the service department from November until February 3, 2026. During that time, I was repeatedly told the required part was unavailable and that there was no estimated time of arrival, with very limited communication or updates. Had my 2018 Chevy Silverado delivered to Malloy Chevrolet by roll back on Sunday. Had to call the dealership on Monday to find out why I had not heard from the dealership. Katie informed me that my vehicle was with a tech but he was busy taking care of something and as soon as he was finished he would get back to diagnosing my truck. Long story short she said that the tech noticed that the butter that switches from 2 wheel to 4 wheel drive was in the 2 wheel position but the truck was still in 4 wheel drive.
