I had my 2023 equinox serviced for a CV Joint boot that was leaking. The service team took the car in and completed the repairs under warranty and the service was quick and done perfectly to my satisfaction. The people where very friendly and took care of everything Great service response
My service coordinator was first class!
I can't even rate the service itself, they didn't do anything. I made an appointment for Monday morning to have my Equinox looked at, I dropped off the car. And 3 days later nothing, no call, no call back nothing! I stopped by to find out that they never touched the car, they just parked it and left it. I am going to Brodheadsville Chevy now! Just plain lazy.
Excellent customer service! Great service job!
