Check in and check out were great. I waited for 2 hours for an oil change, air filter change, and tire rotation.
Excellent service as always! Been going here for years. Will Burklow always delivers and doesn't waste time. I've literally watched him running from vehicle to vehicle to keep the schedule moving! Almost nobody hustles like that anymore!

It was a 180 degree turnaround from my previous experience. The service manager Geoff contacted me and apologized for my last experience. He made appointment for me to come in and with the service writer Mr. Todd, the mechanic and service manager Geoff McElroy they repaired the truck and haven't had any trouble since. Good Job
