P Instacart dealership. I went there to get work done on my card. The atmosphere was fine. The service was predictable. You going to wait a little while for your car to get fixed but not extremely long time. The price of the service is expensive depending on what you're getting. The person that took care of me was nice to explained everything to me
The reason I gave it a 3 star is because I reserved with my points however when it came time to pay cashier said I can't use my points? I was like what's the purpose of making a red with points. She then said I would've had to tell the person who checked in my car about points. No one prior to the cashier mentioned anything about my points. So I had to pay out of pocket. Do your mechanics know they aren't suppossed to tighten the oil filters so freaking tight? Please educate them i had to destroy the one they lut on just to get it off. Ridiculous
