The service team went above and beyond to ensure I got my vehicle back quickly! I could not ask for a better experience!
the appointment was easy enough to make. I arrived at 7 AM for a simple oil change, nothing else. By 8:30 my oil was STILL not changed. In fact at 8:31 they just started to drain the oil. Finally at 8:47 I was able to pay for my service and leave. This excessive wait time is unacceptable and I wont go back. I will drive to Bradley where I can get In and out in 30 minutes. You need to work on your service department to speed things up

Normally have my cars serviced at matteson dealership... they were busy so I went to the other site told me service was done at one point... just waiting on car to update... then told update wasn't coming through and wanted to keep car overnight... intold them i would take car to matteson for the update... upon receiving the paperwork I noticed none of the work had been completed even though I was told it had ... when I questioned it they said it couldn't be done because they couldn't get the update... so I was confused why ... read more
