If I could give them ten stars I would! My car died at a business near the dealership. I had to get to work, so I had someone pick me up. We dropped off my keyfob on the way to work, and Simon said it sounded like a battery issue. This was at 11:30am. At exactly 12:03 they called to say my car was ready! They had gone over and jump-started it, took it to the shop, and replaced the battery, all in 33 minutes. On a very cold day. What could have been a big pain-in-the-neck kind of day turned out to be a really nice experience.... read more
