Fast friendly service
I hated to give 1 start! This was the worst experience here ive ever had 3 1/2 hours here for a oil change with barley any customers here i went to the desk 2 separate times the lady had no ideal what was going on with my car and why it was taking so long on my vehicle. They never started on iy after 3 hours. I explained yo her that I had an appointment she assured me they will start on it right than and there still didn't know what happened poor customer service.
I will most definitely repeat from my previous comment about this Dealership. This was the absolute worse experience I've ever had over there since purchasing my truck in 2017. Steve Kost who's the GM was my financial advisor at the time, worked his magic for sure and I appreciate his hard work for securing me the purchase of my vehicle. My ambient temperature sensor went bad, told me it was cracked and it had water damage.
