I’ve been trying for the past two weeks, to simply set an appointment to get an oil change. Every time I try to send one through the app it tells me the appointment can’t be made. Then when I call, I’m told I receive a call back to set an appointment. And I never get a call back. I can’t understand why it’s so hard to simply make an oil change appointment.

Improper original diagnosis. Slow to complete work. Repair work completed improperly. Avoid this dealership for repair work. Repairs failed less than 48 hours later due to bad workmanship.
Excellent and fast. Jeff did great! He alerted me of a needed service and I was able to get it done at same time. Very convenient! Thanks Jeff!
