Very professional but I was misled. I was told I needed tires when an independent assessment indicated I did not. Also took an extra day due to supply issues
I appreciate the friendly and knowledgeable service technicians who always take great care of me and my vehicle! I loved receiving the step-by-step video of the work that was done. Very helpful. I also ended up leasing a new Cadillac while I waited for my vehicle. It was a banner day!
