I have had my car serviced here 3 times because I purchased a warranty through them. They keep your car for weeks and have no regard for how you get around in the meantime. They also can’t stand when you tell them that you have a warranty that you purchased with the car. I personally think they make you wait longer when you tell them you have a warranty. Very disappointing.... This is the WORST service department ever!!!
Purchased a fairly new (used) 2018 Chevy with under 80k miles from these guys in July 2024. Purchasing was relatively painless if you don’t include the normal condescending sales manager and the tactics they use to make you think they’re doing you a favor. However, they did NOT tell me the car had A/C issues. One week after I bought the vehicle, it was blowing very hot.
