I had a good overall experience with Bridgewater Chevrolet. My truck needed a repair that required a part on national backorder, which caused delays and even required getting GM involved. Despite that, Ethan stayed in touch throughout the entire process and did the best he could with the situation. I’m happy to say I got my truck back in about 5 weeks—much quicker than the 3–4 months some people are experiencing. I appreciate the communication and effort from the team to get me back on the road.
