Today I only dropped off my car for repairs in the collision shop. I expect to get the car back next week. Everyone in the collision area is very friendly and supportive. They called the nearby enterprise location to let them know I was ready for my rental car.
Service center doesn’t answer the phone, does not reply to text messages or voicemails. GM was very informative but the service department was not. Even with pictures and video evidence of the issues, it was stated if they can’t replicate it (which has happened) they will do nothing. Waiting 7 days, with no rental cars on site, and having to argue with the service department to have a GM engineer show up is beyond ridiculous. Service center doesn’t answer the phone, does not reply to text messages or voicemails. Called 4 other service centers and all of them picked up almost immediately. 3 days to diagnose an issue is extremely long, especially when you have to use the truck daily for work.
