Took my car for repair, my advisor Jonathan was super awesome, he took care of getting ahold of my car warranty, got my car work on and had it ready the day he promised it would be ready to be pick up, From all 3 chevy dealership i always go to this one.

Came for an oil change. Was greeted as soon as I arrived by a gentleman named Jonathan who helped me around as it was my first time getting service done here. They have a nice cold waiting area unlike your local mechanic shop. Good service.
I had a disappointing experience at this dealership. I came in for a routine service, and the service advisor tried to charge me extra for things that either weren’t necessary or weren’t clearly explained upfront. Transparency matters, and this felt misleading. On top of that, they didn’t even perform the tire rotation properly.
