Worst service department in the Chevy business be careful with your warranties they will procrastinate. Tell you nothing is wrong. Tell you you need a service you hit 97,000 miles and I’ll tell you that your warranty ran out two weeks ago cause it’s been five years and that your transmission is crap. Worst service department on the planet be cautious very cautious.
Arrived shortly after 7:00 am. We were immediately helped with check-in. Oil change and tire rotation were done, and we were out by 8:30 am

Mk Smith Chevrelet conduucted an oil change and rotated my tires on my Chevy Suburban for an excellent price and alerted me to other avaiable routine services for my vehicle in the future. Thgere were even cheaper than local auto repair shops.
The service and everything was excellent, very easy. I hate the price that i have to pay for the service being done. The labor charges are getting to be extreme. Dealerships are hurting because your automobiles are overpriced and no ones buying as they did. Now to combat that you overdue it by charging ridiculous amounts for the labor on repair services. The system is so broken. $60 part and $1000 for the labor, doesn't look good. I will be finding another mechanic. This makes me look down on Chevrolet, which is not good for... read more
