Jennifer was a delight to work with. From the moment I attempted to set up my appointment, Jennifer was as accommodating as she could be. Communication between Jennifer and I was great. She let me know immediately once my vehicle was completed. The ability to pay on line prior to picking up my vehicle made the process that much easier.
Worst service department in the Chevy business be careful with your warranties they will procrastinate. Tell you nothing is wrong. Tell you you need a service you hit 97,000 miles and I’ll tell you that your warranty ran out two weeks ago cause it’s been five years and that your transmission is crap. Worst service department on the planet be cautious very cautious.
Arrived shortly after 7:00 am. We were immediately helped with check-in. Oil change and tire rotation were done, and we were out by 8:30 am
Last minute, they were kind enough to accommodate me given the urgency of the need to be repaired. A Million Thanks.
