Fast and courteous service as always. No hassle nice people that car about me and my vehicles
Overall a really great experience at Concord Chevrolet. Service advisor Manny was very helpful and was able to provide me a loaner vehicle once found out what the problem was with my vehicle and that it would take a week to get parts. They even washed my vehicle before returning it to me. And fully charged. Great service all around.
I was very happy with this dealership’s handling of my car problem. I love my Chevy Bolt and am looking at getting a new model to replace it when they’re released for next year. It was reporting a battery problem and I was concerned that with all the horror stories I was about to become a victim. The dealership sorted the problem very quickly indeed and in 24 hours it was returned fixed, with no cost to me.
