Service Department will lie to your face! Recently bought a new truck from Ed Rinke. Truck had minor cosmetic issues (part fitment, window seal) at time of sale that was agreed to get repaired. Super easy stuff to address. Took my truck in on a Monday; by Thursday they had not even looked at it. Communicating with Service was incredibly difficult and akin to pulling teeth. To change oil and tire rotation price ok , But to replace one rear left side Reverce (White Color ) light bulb for $188 , such a joke.
