Very nice service advisor, she was friendly and courteous.
I brought my 2026 Sierra EV to Ed Rinke for a battery recall. I was very disappointed in how my vehicle was returned. When I picked it up, the brand new battery had only been charged 22%. It should have been fully charged to ensure it was functioning correctly. On top of that my tires were not inflated properly. The front right passenger tire was at 37 psi instead of the required 68 and the driver’s side was at 46. This is unsafe and shows a lack of inspection. I brought my friends truck in for service who is in town for work. Honestly, it’s the most comfortable auto dealership waiting room I’ve ever been in. Staff was fantastic and got everything taken care of very quickly. Even the coffee was good
