I've been to Taylor & Sons for both service and to purchase a vehicle and I've been really impressed by their level of customer service. Each time I've been in, they've gone above and beyond in order to help me out. I usually don't enjoy dealerships, but because Taylor & Sons doesn't put any pressure on the buyer, there's no awkwardness when trying to buy a vehicle or get your vehicle serviced. What kind of reputable company sells a truck with exempt mileage and doesn't disclose the information to the seller?!! The truck is only worth half the value and Taylor and Son's won't even make it right. I personally would not trust them they dont care about their customers but I know legally all will be made right in the end. I wouldn't have even gave one star but I had to to submit this.
