get ready for at least a 45 min wait just to get some simple parts, keep in mind just one person in line ridiculous
Parts rep was friendly, but didn't seem to know the process. 2 hours to program 2 key fobs. I will not be coming back. Don't schedule an appointment from 1230-1 even if they offer it; apparently all the technicians go on lunch during that time.
