The person who answered the phone (male 8/24) was just plainly rude and threw just a bit too much attitude (tone of irritation in the voice). As if I was bothering them to dare ask questions or even interrupting what they may have been doing before answering. It's apparent this facility doesn't want customers, or keep them, especially when someone answers a call with dissatisfaction in their voice. The "tone in the voice" sets the mood and "behavior breeds behavior.
