Worst car buying experience ever. Overall Im happy with the truck I bought. The finance and sales department, not so much. After sitting and waiting for nearly 3 hours for the paperwork to be ready on a Sunday afternoon with no other customers on site, I finally get to sign for the new truck. Purchase a used Chevy Cruze middle of May for my daughter. Check engine light is already on. Took it to a local parts store to have the code read. Comes up with all kinds of codes. Called and of course the warranty purchased they know won't cover what might be wrong with it. Wouldn't even offer to look at it. Purchased a 2020 Dodge Ram 2500 in March of 2024, and traded in our Jeep Wrangler Rubicon. Agree to $2,000 down payment, which we put on my husbands credit card. The warranty paperwork for the jeep was cancelled, and the finance guy told it would be 4-6 weeks before we would see the refund come back to us. I recently tried to buy a vehicle from this scumbag run dealership. I worked for days building a relationship with the salesman "T" and came to a price for a vehicle. I put a deposit down on said vehicle and we were discussing pickup or delivery. 2 days later I receive a phone call stating that the vehicle that I put a deposit down on was sold from underneath me. This is the worst possible place to buy or service a vehicle.
My teenage daughter had an open recall on her 2008 ***** and the team at Nimnicht Buick GMC helped ** take care of the recall with ease. It is comforting to know my daughter is safe on the road with the most up-to-date servicing on her vehicle. As a mother - that is priceless! Thank you Nimnicht!!!!
