Had my 2003 Chevy Astro van towed in for cranking but not starting. Service informed me the battery voltage was low and needs replaced to continue troubleshooting. I agreed to replace battery. I sought this business because the top on my 2016 Buick Cascada would not go up. This was in September 2024. I got a call several days later stating they had my top up and down several times and then it wouldn't go up again. Oh, and the back glass was cracked and when the top went down, it shattered the back glass. There was NO crack in my glass when I took the car there. So I had to buy a new top ($4,300) which I didn't need. After 3 weeks having my car and numerous calls for status, they said my car was ready for pick up. ... read more
