Kathy Altamura is rude, lacks customer empathy and is very combative. Horrible customer experience and the sales rep was not helpful in resolving issues. I was advised the vehicle a 2022 Leased Equinox would be worked on and should be checked at a specific time and service Kathy advised she didn’t even look at the vehicle. I know they did because I got the alerts on the status of car. Left me without a vehicle a week before Christmas for 3 days. Horrible experience and no longer dealing with Chevrolet of Smithtown!
I always get great service at Smithtown chevy...Thier service department is excellent.
Love this service department of this dealership. Easy to get an appointment within a reasonable amount of time. Warm, receptive people. Comfortable waiting area where I can get some work done. In and out in 45 minutes. Excellent.
