BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
A tire was out of stock worked to make it right and they did quickly, nice staff
I brought my truck in for a repair and some recalls to be fixed. When I came to pick it up, there was a bad scratch on the driver side door. The service manager I was dealing with had left already, so I brought it up to the general manager of the service department and she immediately tried to pass the blame, and did not take accountability, she said it wasn’t clear from the pictures they took before hand if the scratch was already there or not (it was 100% not there before dropping it off there) and said she’d have to check... read more
