My wait appointment for my 2024 Equinox EV annual 15,000 mile service was handled promptly and completed as promised. I cannot say enough great things about Smithtown Chevy, highly recommended. The service writer Jason P was very helpful and professional. My entire experience was excellent right up to the cashier Patti. As always, it's great to see Enzo too.
I called the dealer today to make an appointment about my car in the service area, a lady named Paty attended me because I couldn't understand very well what she told me because I don't speak English very well. She cut off my call and when she cut off the call she put ill of the Hispanic people, my friend was there at the reception with her because she took the car to have it checked. that's decrimination so put professional people to work
