Love the service i received at Palatine Chevy. Top notch! Thanks Pano and Steve and Coz. You were all so helpful gracious and honest. I forgot the finance guys name, but he was tall and so fun to work with. 😄 Pano checked in and even set up my Chevy app and did some trouble shooting to get it up and running. He even attached my plates.... I'm just a girl lolol 🤣 Thanks again. I will recommend this team so everyone knows what it's like to get great service!
Kudos to Carlos and Brandon, who went above and beyond to help me get Chevy, Specific model, color and features. It took them about a week to locate the car bring to the facility, during the period their communication with updates was outstanding. Thank you both for answering my messages promptly and with all your assistance during and after the car purchase. ( car wash, accessories purchase).
