I took my car for servicing yesterday and as always, my service advisor LISA BRITO was very awesome and professional. My car sounds cool on the road and the front brakes feel very active after changing it.
Not only did it take 3 weeks to get my car back but everytime I would call, I would not get a call back. I was always up in the air and didn’t know the status of my car. When I finally do get it back, I receive it extremely filthy! That is not great customer service and I did not feel like a valued customer. They don't even deserve a star. I have a 2018 chevy traverse, they currently stated they bought Win out, however when u search Win this contact information comes up. I have a warranty contract the original that shows my vehicle is still covered under warranty for the transmission, transmission gave out mind you have had issues since purchasing vehicle shifter problems, they stated they are not Win and provided me with contact info where you can't even get ahold of anyone.
