Update on my recent review submitted on February 11 for Chevrolet of Canton. I received a call today from their service manager, Jimmy Smith, with an apology and explanation regarding my complaint. I understood and accepted his apology, acknowledging the difficulties the dealership was experiencing that day. I advised Mr. Smith that I would revisit their repair shop and give them another try.
