I've just recently bought my Chevrolet and have only been in the service center a couple of times but they are polite and professional. I'm very happy with the service.
Employees are courteous and the waiting area is very nice with lots of amenities.
The service team at Chevy of Boaz was great to work with. I had taken my vehicle to other dealerships and they could not fix the issues. After one drive with the service manager he knew what the problem was. They fixed it! I have had a great experience with my sales person, Adam Berry and the service team. Would highly recommend this dealership for anyone wanting to have a positive car buying experience.
