Very helpful in getting us in and out in a quick manner washed r truck just an over all good job

I had 4 open recalls. I was told it would be 3 hours it ended up being 5 hours. Not a big deal and not why I’m giving the low rating. The following day I received a call and I have to bring my vehicle back to finish what I thought was already complete. The real reason for my low rating is I have a brand new scratch and a nice scuff on my truck. I don’t know if it’s from a tool belt or if it’s from their car wash. Either way super disappointed that my vehicle was handled so carelessly.
Great service! The communication from Mike on the service team was the best I’ve had from a dealer in years! Everything was seamless. Also, I didn’t feel like taking my truck for the repairs was a hassle.
