The people were nice, but it still took almost two hours for an oil change... with an appointment.
Service department doesn’t hold themselves accountable for time expectations of customers. They have no regard for customers time. The appointment system is bogus and doesn’t actually reserve you a slot with a technician. It’s just arbitrary time that means nothing. They says the car is ready and then takes another hour to actually bring it out. Do not recommend bringing your car here for service.
I rarely leave negative reviews, but after multiple visits to Larry H. Miller Chevrolet Murray, I feel other customers should know about our experience. My husband and I live full-time in our RV, and this dealership is over an hour away. We only have one vehicle, so every appointment requires careful planning around our travel schedule. I went to the dealership for an alternator took almost 3 weeks until Ralph got involved he is professional got my truck back on the road when I went to pick up and body damage that was not there when I dropped off Ralph took care of it overall I left satisfied with the repairs
