Had an appointment for 1245, Waited 3 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. I finally flagged someone down to ask about my truck and come to find, it was done a while ago according to the guy I flagged down. Also found greasy finger prints all over my seats, dash and inside passenger and driver side door. Also, the damper for my glove box is missing as well. Took vehicle in for suspected bad lifters (confirmed by LHM), rough idle, and standard service. Picked up vehicle. Still had rough idle. Took it back. LHM said it was likely a deteriorated motor mount (previously ID'd by LHM). Left vehicle to get that fixed, then picked it up. Rough idle still present and, within a short period, suspected bad lifter slapping returned. LHM said it had only changed one of two lifter banks first go-round and that second bank was now failing.
