After stopping by to check out a GMC Canyon, we met Ty Grant. He immediately approached us and was one of the most personable salesman we have ever encountered. Millersburg Chevrolet/GMC is over an hour away but after meeting Ty we knew this was the dealership we wanted to buy our truck from. Ty was polite, responsive and made purchasing our truck quick and easy. Ty seemed more like a friend than a salesman. We have several choices in dealerships locally but would not hesitate to recommend Ty to our friends and family.
Today I went in and walked out with the prettiest Chevy trax ! The sales man Dean Pulley helped guide the entire process so smoothly, showing me countless features the car has to offer! I wanted the car when I walked in and I walked out being completely obsessed with it , Dean also made the loan process less stressful by having things process while he showed me other things the car has such as the on star and safety features. Highly recommend him if anyone needs a new car !
Absolute scammers. Charged for a "Band-Aid" and refused warranty work.Do not trust Chevrolet of Millersburg. I brought my vehicle in specifically to schedule and receive a warranty repair, which should have cost me absolutely nothing. Instead, this dealership engaged in shady, predatory practices to rob me blind while completely avoiding their warranty obligations.First, they snuck in a $175 diagnostic fee without being transparent about running it. I PURCHASED A 2026 YUKON (10) WEEKS AGO THAT WAS QUOTED TWICE WITH ONLY (25) MILES. WHEN I ARRIVED THERE, IT HAD 4600+ ON IT. SALEMAN TOLD ME IT HAD BEEN SERVICED B4 PLACING ON LOT W/ 4600 MILES, I FOUND OUT IT HAD NOT & STILL HAD THE FACTORY OIL FILTER. WINDOW STICKER CALLS FOR A 'KEY CARD' THAT WAS NOT PROVIDED TO ME & GOSTED ME ON EMAILS TRYING TO FIND OUT WHERE IT WAS.
