It's free but has very slow charging.
One of the few places to public charge in Wenatchee. The charger works fine. Limited charging, there might be a wait. We got enough charge in a reasonable amount of time.
Easy to get it working right away, was not occupied on a Tuesday evening. Was able to charge my EV at 60kW (the car supports 205kW, so I don't know why it got throttled). But this was better than waiting hours at the nearby disastrous Electrify America in Leavenworth.
