It is blatantly obvious that the Chevy dealership, or any other dealership for that matter, wants customers, or anyone really, charging there. By leaving them broken or blocking them with one of their cars for sale constantly, they are sending a message that they are not a charging destination nor do they have any interest in supporting the people who have bought electric vehicles from them.
Absolute waste of time, 1 CCS charger doesn't work the other is slow. All other chargers are slow charge
