Had to download the app. Once that was done, registered on the app, set up Google pay as the payment source, and had it up and charging within five minutes of arrival. The charger is on the side of the building in a big white box, right next to the big garage door on the right side of the building (there was also a separate Bosch pedestal charger, that wasn't the right one to use). Worked fine overall.
Usual bs . Push a bunch of buttons just to get usual bs " not eligible " with no reason given. Call the phone number on the charger and just get busy signal.
