I recently brought my car in for maintenance and was very pleased with the service. Steve was professional, knowledgeable, and kept me updated throughout the process. Steve explained the work that needed to be done and Holm completed everything in a timely manner. My car is running great now, and I appreciate their honesty and quality service. I would definitely recommend them for vehicle maintenance.
Timely and efficient
The service on my vehicle was great. However, the service I got from the employee, Jamie, was less than satisfactory. I schedule my appointment online and received a confirmation for it. My appointment was lost when I showed up for my scheduled time, which was no big deal because they were able to get me in and it wasn't a terrible wait. Great customer service by our service advisor Chuck and all staff in the service department. very comfortable client waiting area and vehicle repair completed in less time than we had anticipated. We have been using holm automotive service center for all our vehicles for over 20 years. Great service.
