Absolutely the worst service I have ever dealt with in my live
At the dealership I spoke with Dan, one of the service managers, he took the time to explain what they did as I was telling him what prompted the appointment. Dan was explaining the difference about the batteries of today versus those of decades passed. After he finished the paperwork I went to the cashiers office and paid my bill and Dan brought my car to the door, which I didn’t expect but was very surprised and great full, Dan went the whole way of showing that he was proud of his job and the company he worked for. We brought our '22 Buick Encore in for replacement of the Emissions Pump. Chase was very helpful and courteous, and the Service Department completed the repairs in a timely manner. We are satisfied with the outcome and have always had a good experience with C. Harper.
