When I bought my vehicle, everyone at the dealership was nice, supportive, and made it seem like they had my back. Unfortunately, once I had an issue and had to deal with the service department, that changed completely. My experience with the service desk was extremely disappointing. Made an appointment and took in my 2023 Tahoe (still under warranty) in to have the wiper fluid reservoir/line looked at due to a leak. Took it in on July 15th and the said they found and fixed it. They didn’t fix it so I made another appointment and took it in today August 5th and they had it for an hour and said they fixed it. They didn’t wait to check for leaks and handed me the keys.
