Although the service took longer than expected, Joe was VERY friendly and helpful along with all the staff (Caroline) in the body shop! The paint department did a great job!

We waited over two months for repairs then when we took it in on our appointment date we were told they hadn't ordered the parts yet! They supposedly called us but we didn't receive the call and they never confirmed the call had been received. We were sent home to wait for parts but after complaining they suddenly were able to get the parts and we had to make a second trip to the service dept. Allot of this could have been avoided if they had followed thru with the original plan! It shouldn't take months to have repairs done... read more
