Would avoid like the plague. Dosent matter what you spend here, when the vehicle has issues they will try and weasel out of any sort of warranty work. Would give zero stars if I could. To add to this post, since i cannot reply to your reply. 1. the issue is my truck wont shift to park, your claiming this is not powertrain somehow which would absolutely fall under my 5 years 100k warranty. 2. it took months to get my appointment, which in hindsight seems to be almost the length of time in which I had left on my bumper to bump... read more

While service is polite; the garage is severely understaffed and incapable of booking service in a timely manner. Emergency maintenance that could potentially worsen the health of the vehicle if not checked promptly can only be looked at after a month and a half long wait list, leaving the vehicle owner with the choice of either risking driving their vehicle throughout that time, or finding alternate transport for the time period. I recently visited your showroom with the intention of purchasing a new vehicle. However, I was disappointed with the customer service experience. Upon entering, there was no staff available to assist us, and we did not receive any acknowledgment as potential customers.
