Update: Went in to have truck key fob reprogrammed and the woman at the counter told us she’d never heard of that before…you work at a dealership, this is not a new concept. I don’t know why I came back here to try again. I just had warranty work done on my truck here. I received a call a couple of days ago after it was fixed that it actually wasn't covered under warranty and now they want me to pay the bill for their mistake. Absolutely phenomenal service on our fleet trucks. The fleet manager, Sean, was professional, expedient and meticulous on details, even anticipating possible changes we would want to make ahead of time. I’ve dealt with several dealerships for fleet vehicles and this was the best experience by far. Highly recommended!
